Pulse
Pulse adds identity to everything in Flow. You can capture who takes a course as Identified Recipients, see per-person progress and completion, use scored quizzes, and apply your own branding. It includes 50 Identified Recipients a month, or 700 a year on annual billing.
Pulse is the plan you move to when you need to know who's actually taking your training, not just that it's being viewed. It includes everything on Flow, then opens up identity, per-person reporting, richer creation and your own branding.
What Pulse adds over Flow
- Know who took a course. Capture identity with email capture, identified Slack pre-auth, or pre-determined access lists, so people become Identified Recipients. You get granular per-person journey reporting and can download reports as CSV.
- Assess properly. Standalone quiz generation and scored quizzes, plus enforce full video completion.
- Create more. Upload your own videos, organise courses into folders, refine content with AI, and generate standalone screens.
- Apply your brand. Create and modify themes and colours, choose Google Fonts, add your logo, and set a brand voice. The Coassemble badge becomes co-branded rather than full Coassemble branding, and you can edit or disable the finish screen button.
- Embed the basics. The Course Player, Course Card and Course List embeddables (view mode), with the read-only Courses API.
- Better AI allowances. Premium narration voices, 50 image generation events and 100,000 narration tokens per month.
Recipient allowances on Pulse
Pulse comes with monthly or annual billing, and the recipient allowances depend on which you choose. Annual plans include the equivalent of two extra months of allowance:
- Monthly: 50 Identified Recipients and 1,000 Anonymous Recipients per month.
- Annual: 700 Identified Recipients and 14,000 Anonymous Recipients per year.
Aggregate data like views and sentiment remains available, the same as Flow, on top of the per-person reporting.
What's not on Pulse
Collections, SCORM export, domain locking, Slack channel sharing and custom font upload start on Hub. The full API, builder embeddables and programmatic features are part of the Embed plans.
When to move up from Pulse
Move to Hub when training needs to be properly governed and branded: collections, SCORM to run courses in an LMS, domain locking, custom fonts, and the Coassemble badge fully off. Move to the Embed plans when you want to deliver Coassemble inside your own product through the API.
Frequently asked questions
How many identified recipients do I get on Pulse?
50 Identified Recipients per month on monthly billing, or 700 per year on annual billing. Annual also includes 14,000 Anonymous Recipients a year, versus 1,000 a month on monthly billing.
Why is the annual allowance more than 12 times the monthly?
Annual plans include the equivalent of two extra months of Identified and Anonymous Recipient allowance, so the yearly figure is higher than twelve monthly allowances.
Can I see per-person results on Pulse?
Yes. Once recipients are identified, you get granular per-person journey reporting and can export it as CSV.
Can I export courses as SCORM on Pulse?
No. SCORM export starts on Hub. Pulse focuses on identity, reporting, branding and richer creation.
